Family life  can be a challenge! Family life is not always easy and smooth going. It is very normal and natural, that things happen.  In a family, the big challenge is to be in balance and still productive, to be a mother and a father -  but also a life partner, to educate the children, but also focus on business and responsibilities. Family life may be similar to a big company, that needs to be managed and many things need to be thought of. Für Eltern ist die Auwahl des ersten Kinderbetreuungsplatzes oft sehr schwierig, denn meist sind sie noch unerfahren und wissen nicht worauf sie achten sollen. Ganz wichtig, so sagt Marion Hopfgartner, ist, dass Eltern sich auf ihr Gefühl verlassen. Bei sehr jungen Kindern ist die liebevolle und achtsame Begleitung ganz wichtig und die pädagogischen Betreuungspersonen sollen sich jedem einzelnen Kind widmen können. Dazu wiederum braucht es Zeit und ausreichend Erwachsene, die eine Gruppe von Kindern begleiten. Das junge Kind sucht noch sehr stark die Beziehung zum Erwachsenen und braucht seine unmittelbare Nähe. Der Erwachsene soll dem Kind Sicherheit geben und dazu muss er/sie sich Zeit nehmen eine gute Beziehung aufbauen.
